male burn in urethra/ itchy groin

I have been having a burning sensation in my urethra along with a itchy sensation in the groin. I had been stupid and had unprotected sex with two girls in the past couple months while I was drunk. I went to my doctor and had a urine STD test for chlamydia/ gonnerhea and UTI along with what ever else they test for. All came back negative and the doctor looked at my area 2 times with in the last two weeks for any visible sign of any other STD's (warts, herpes, ect.) and said everything looks normal and I should not be worried about STDs. I have also been blood tested in the past for STD's a few times I should mention. This burn is through the urethra it really is not like on the skin. I have been taking cranberry pill supplements which seem to have lessened the burn a bit. Its not burning when I pee, more like when I feel like I need to pee. It doesnt hurt to pee what so ever. Also the itch comes and goes and seems to effect my lower area and my rectum  (as gross as this sounds). There is no discharge/ visable signs of lesions. I have been doing a sitz bath and my doctor perscribed me antibiotics for clamydia/gonnerhea while i waited for the tests of course those did not work because I did not have either. Today the symptoms seem to be better. I also have a little pain in the muscles in my buttocks. The doctor was saying it could be an allegic reaction to a detergent/soap or related to back problems (which I have). But any advice would be awesome.

Thanks

if things are getting better, not too much else to do at this point. if they get worse again, be seen again and be sure to ask for a prostate exam too to check for prostatitis.
