many different symptoms. Herpes or other STD or even not STD at all?

Hi,

I had sex with a girl that I know had been at risk because of her ex boy-friend and his "practices". We slept together about 7 times. I always wore a condom, just not for oral sex. Also, she had been checked at an hospital, after leaving said boyfriend, and they had found nothing. Last time we slept together was about a month ago.

After that, I had sex with a girl who only had had sex with 4 different guys before me, all her ex-boyfriends. Before having sex with me and the last time she had had samples taken (around december), she had had only sexual relations with her boyfriend of the moment. He might have slept with another girl and got something, because I know that said second girl doesn't like condoms, so she could have easily gotten something from him if he was indeed unfaithful. I had unprotected sex with said second girl about 3 times, about 2 days after the second time we had unprotected sex, the first symptoms appeared.

summary:

first girl: 6 intercourses with condom, oral sex without condom, girl had been at risk, had been checked over and found ok, all that about a month ago (the final intercourse)

second girl: many intercourses, symptoms appeared 2 days after second unprotected intercourse, had been checked over (blood, urine, etc.) and found ok, symptoms appeared about 9 days ago.

I had unprotected sex with said second girl about 3 times. About 2 days after the second time, I started feeling an itching sensation in my urethra. I didn't have any discharge, no burning when peeing, just a really bad case of itching inside my urethra.

I started feeling like I had a cold (maybe it was the case, it's winter). But then, I started having a really sore throat, really hurting throat. It's nearly gone away by the time I'm writing those words.

Then, after some days (maybe like 4 days), a red spot appeared on my foreskin. It wasn't a lump, it didn't have any "volume", it wasn't painful, just a red spot about 0,5 cm by 0,5 cm on my foreskin. It went away in like a day, then another one appeared also on my foreskin, but at another place. By the time of the second red spot, the itching in my urethra had gone away.

Now, I don't have any red spot on my foreskin, the second one disappeared really fast just as the first one. I checked my penis shaft, my scrotum, everything seemed pretty normal. BUT, today, I remarked that A LOT of small "warts" appeared on my glans, all around the opening of said glans. There are many, kind of red-ish and white-ish, all of them. They don't hurt, but unlike the red spots I had on my foreskin, they have volume. They are really small, and there's a lot, like I said. I'm using "warts" for a lack of a better word to describe them, but from what I've seen on google, they look nothing alike genital warts/herpes warts. Maybe though it's because they just appeared and have yet to develop/change/whatever.

summary of symptoms in chronological order (9 days since the first symptom):
-itching in urethra (day 1 to day 5)
-cough (day 2 to now, but better now than it was)
-one red spot on foreskin which disappeared in a day, followed by another one which did the same (day 4 and day 5)
-sore throat (day 5 to now)
-many really small skin-colored/red-ish/white-ish "bumps"/"warts" on my glans, all around the opening that appeared today. (today, day 9) (just in case, I have PPP (pearly penis papules) on my genitals, but I never had any PPP on my glans at the place where those "warts" are at)

The "warts" (I'll still stress that I am using "warts" for a lack of better words) don't look anything like herpes warts, unless they have an earlier stage I haven't seen on picture yet.

What could it be? I'm still waiting for my urine results. Any insight would be helpful. If it's herpes, I prefer to know now than to wait anymore, to be honest. I just want to know the thruth, but I know this is a service that doesn't replace real tests/samples. Still, having the results might be long, so I prefer to ask here for now. Thank you kindly for any response to this post.

Thank you very much for your answer.

I'll do a little update:

I have received my first results, the urine ones. Negative on like chlamydia, gonhorrea and (though not sure if it had been tested too) syphilis. Still waiting for blood ones for HIV and herpes/warts.

All the symptoms disappeared. But I have a new one, which is redness (not red spots but redness) all around my urethra on my glans and I can also tell the redness kind of go down my urethra too.

I guess I can put aside herpes seeing as I didn't get blisters, but it could be genital warts.

What do you think?

Is it even possible to get small "zits" on your glans like I had a few days ago if not from an STD?

well lets start with your risk,

First girl you didn't have a risk from the protected sex, unprotected oral is a very low risk for Gonorrhea, trick, NGU, and even lower for HSV and syphilis.

Secon Girl you had a risk for all STD's from the unprotected sex.

Second, unless you know this girl wasn't have other relations and unless you saw her blood results you don't know if she were infected or not.

Third, we can't tell you what is going on you need to see a doctor or a dermatologist it could be warts it could be a bacterial infection. The itching could be related to an STD or related to a yeast infection. We simply can't tell you or diagnose you but we can tell you that with the second girl you had a risk for all STD's and should get tested.

Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, trick, NGU- 7days post exposure
HSV- 3 months
HIV- 3 months
Syphilis- 6-8 weeks
HPV you can have one of the bumps biopsied to test for the HPV virus. (when you see your doctor they will advise what they think it is)
