Dear doctor

4 days ago i had my fist sex, im a streight male, 22 years old, i was at the club and was very drunk. I met this person who appeared to be another male of 44 years old. I dont regred that i was with him, but anyways im consended about STD and HIV. I remember that i havn't been penetrated at all, and i also remember i always used condomes, even though i was very drunk. I qestioned him about STD and he said he was clean. But since that night i feel dissy, and get a lot of sleep, more thatn i should. I know that its to  early to make any conclusions, but i just wanna know if there is any possibility to get STD from Oral sex. I wasnt the one who did that, my partner was. once again i havnt been penatrated and always used condoms. One more question, i had a whound on my back, like a scratch, i dont remember if there was a shot on my back, but thats the only thing im worry about. the scratch was made like 2 days before i met him. PLS can you help me with this questions. Regards.

ejaculate isn't what transmits most std's - it's the heat and friction from the sex act itself.

you performed protected anal sex correct? your risks from that are overall low but syphilis, herpes and hpv are the 3 main ones that a condom is least effective for.

you can contract std's from receiving oral sex but the risk of such is very low. we don't even recommend testing unless you develop symptoms.

Hello

You were at low risk for STDs from oral sex.   You should forget about this incident and move on with your life.

Forget about the scratch in your back is is not relevant to STDs and exposure.
