STS/HIV - worrying a lot

Hi,

I received a unprotected oral and then after had a protected(condome) sex, exactly after 7 days, my penis started tingling(feeling like something was moving around) and some sort of burning(not while urinating)

I was literally cried and contacted doctor 3 days ago, he just took urine sample and gave prescription of Azithromycin and pencillin(kind of ) injection.

After taking antibiotics, started another sympton - loose motions along with existing penis burning sensation.
I started reading all posts and confused alot.

My current symptoms include following:
   - slight burning sensation on my penis
   - loose motions(2 to 3 times a day)
   - Tiredness
   - slight headache

No other symptoms, no fever, no soarthroat, no liqued coming out from my penis.

I'm literally worrying about STDs which can't be cured like HIV, based on symptoms could you advise what I might have infected...
Thank you

Thank you so much for the info.

I received the test result for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea and HIV, all are negative.
The urine samples were taken on 17th day since the sextual encountered happend. Wondering how effecting are those tests?

Symptoms are keep changing... now I have following...
(1) lower back pain
(2) yesterday, I felt very light pain in testicle.. now it disappeared.
(3) burning sensation while urinating/morning times, I observed something is moving on head of penis.

will there be a case it could be due to Virus infection.
Does it makes sense to ask doctor to diagnose for NGU and UTI?
also please advise what other STIs possible for the thing I did.

If your having urethra discomfort, they need to take a swab of the inside of your urethra for bacteria causing it. Sometimes with UTI,s it takes a few trips to the doctor to figure it out. But your exposue with oral sex is really low risk and would most likely be a UTI. Other possible causes would be gono, chlamydia, herpes and syphilis but all relatively low risk from oral sex.

Hi, HIV is not an issue with what you did so take that out of the equation. You might have contracted a UTI from the oral which is a bacterial infection for mouth saliva. It takes a few days for the meds to work so just let them to there job.
If you have a long term partner, you might want to get tested for herpes and syphilis for the protection of them. These would be considered low risk
