Gono infection and reinfection

Good morning.  I need to ask a question about gono.  I had potential exposure 3+ years ago (very brief oral with CSW), I have had no real symptoms as described on here, and neither has my wife.  In those 3 years since we have had intercourse several times and still no symptoms.  Does this mean that I was unlikely to have been infected originally?  Also even if I had been, is it likely that there would have been reinfection and at some point in the 3 years one of us would have shown symptoms?  Also, if there was infection originally would it have cleared in the 3 years?  Thanks very much

Yes without symptoms amost certainly you did not contract gono and would have cleared up on its own in 3 years.  Also getting gono from oral sex is amost an impossibitliy as having it oral is very rare.

Hi yes it was be very possible you did not contract gono with no symptoms. When men get gono they have a white puss discharge and terrible burning while urinating about 5 days post exposure. Gono is one of those std,s that produces symptoms all most always in men as is confined to the urethra where as with women it could also be inside the vagianl area an not inside her urethra.

What I meant to say in terms of reinfection is would there have eventually been symptoms at some point?
Hi, but even if I had been infected would there have been some reinfection passed back and forth over the past 3 years?  Also would it have cleared within 3 years?
