How many times have you two gone to the Gum clinic... and how would they have over looked it more then once? are you sure he is being faithful? you two need to open your ears and listen number your pregnant and reinfecting yourself with STDs 2. you took doxy while pregnant and will most likely need retreatment which isn't healthy for that baby...
He needs to return for retested and treatment.
we have been to the clinic about 5 times . and yes i know for a fact he has been faithful and so have i . i had PID as we got in to the relationship so it might have been from me why he is getting these syptoms now. We were stupid and in love and could not stop having sex while we were been treated so its most likley that we were never cured . and because the GUM clinics round this area dont seem to be dedicated to there job and just seem to want to rush you in and out . it was only when we went on a holiday to ireland and attented the GUM clinic there that he was actually properley diagnosed and we found out what we actually had NSU and he was told because he had a bad accident around 2year ago when he was in hospital he had a cafiter in his penis and was irritated by it and used to try to pull it out so this may have something to do with it, now we have returned we can go back to the GUM clinic and tell them what it actually is ! and i didnt know i was pregnant wen i was takeing the Doxy . found out a few week after. just really need everything sorted now!! its annoying me that everything could of been sorted ages ago and now its been over a year . also with the warts which mine dont seem to be going because they become more aggresive when pregnant! with all this going on it makes you think was sex actually worth it!!!
No sex is not worth it when one knows they have an STD... Not smart but whats done is done... Best thing you can do now is find a Dr who cares and get treated.. Hopefully things will clear up soon...
well return to the doctor and if you can't stop having sex consider a condom.... but there is still a risk of breaking the condom. If you have a primary doctor that is your best best they do full work ups and you're not rushed in and out. Gum Clinics are mostly free and have a lot of ppl to see so they are harder to work with but should still do a full work up.
Again you should get a primary doctor, if you have insurance then this shouldn't be a problem/.
