Disease transmission at gyno??

Hello and thank you ahead of time for answering my question. First the story: I went to a new OBGYN for my yearly Pap test. I am married, monogamous and have never had an STD. After the Dr. did my pap she applied the specimen to the specimen plate then proceeded to spray it with some sort of preserve, then without changing her gloves ( after touching the top of the preserve spray) she proceeded to do the manual pelvic exam

Now my questions:

(#1) What are the chances of me getting any kind of STD or infection (especially herpes which can live on surfaces for up to 4 hours) from this OBGYN touching thee spray can and then touching my cervix? I have read many places online that some STDs can be transmitted by secretions on fingers.  What if she did this same thing with last the patient and if her last patient had an STD, then her gloves could have been contaminated (from the spray can) with any kind of secretions or who knows what from the patient before me. Then inserted those same gloves into me for the manual pelvic exam ... could this transmit an infection to me?

I am up at 2:30 a.m. because this is bothering me so much, I know i should have just asked her to change her gloves but I did not want to be rude, next time I will speak up!!!! Thanks for your help!!
