oral sex

Fzs
i had oral sex 7 weeks back and had cut marks on the head of my penis that time, may be due to her teeths. Just 10days back i had small spots on my penis, not painful. I went to see the doctor he said nothing to worry about and had examination. The spots are going now, but i am feeling burning pain while urinating and i feel some pain in the abdomen and rectum also. What can it be?

For what? YOUR Dr did these test or whatever, YOUR Dr need to tell you what is going on. WE can't.

I feel sometimes that penis is dripping as well but i think this might be due to the use of ointment  which doctor gave me.

Low risk for a STD, the burning with urinating can be a sign of a STD, UTI or dehydration or other bacteria. Follow up with your Dr.
