oral std

hi i went to gum clinic in britain last week i spoke to the doctor and had a swab because i had oral sex for a least 15 mins 4 months ago. he also took urine samples as well. he said he was going to look under the microscope for any bacteria that would cause an std . i was then called through 10 mins later and he told me that i did not have any std bacteria that he could see under the microscope . but that i was not out of the woods yet . what are the chances that i have caught something i am at my wits end with worry

Discharge after the valsalva maneuver (going to the toilet) is normal.

Unprocted anal sex with your wife can cause the discharge symptoms you describe.
I feel your tests will come back negative for gono and chlamydia; come back and let us know.
Call you doctor and ask him if he saw any WBCs in that initial check.

Guilt is causing alot of your symptoms.

sorry for my panic but the symptoms i have had are as follow i had an itchy penis head that went red and sore i got some cream canniston this cured it i have also had discharge after urinating but no pain but this smelt of urine drugs were given to me at the time(chlymidia and gnorrhea) but i still urinate a little after after going to the toilet i do not discharge at night or at any other time . so if this is not a std what is it. also would i have an infection if i had unprotected anal sex with the wife before the encounter with the girl ??

well you weren't at risk for chlamydia, I can't tell you what your chances are... I can tell you it was a low risk.
since he didn't find any signs of bacteria thats a pretty good indication that you're ok.  You're going to get your results back in a day or so, why are you freaking out; you had a low risk exposure, its been four months and you have no symptoms and the doctor didn't find any bacteria. Try to relax, and try to just ask a question in stead of giving long explanations without a real question, it will make it easier to give you a direct answer of what you're asking.

OO well he probably sent out for a chlamydia and gono test.

they can look under the scope to see bacteria or they can do a WBC with your urine which would indicate an infection of any sort.

If you had oral sex 4 months ago you would have developed symptoms by now,

You were at a low risk for gono, even lower for HSV and syphilis.
