painful testicles

Hi...
i recently had protected sex with a hooker in amsterdam a couple of days later i noticed i was urinating more frequently than normal, and my bladder region became uncomfortbale. i went to my local gp and a gum clinic where i did urine samples and they've both come back negative for UTI and ghonerrea/chlamydia  the gum clinic gave me 4 anotibiotic tablets to take at once whilst waiting for the results. Even though the results came back negative and the need to urinate frquently subsided i began to get uncomfortable testicle pain, this was on and off for a week whilst i was away. When i came back i began to feel the need to urinate more frequently again & i went to the gum clinic where they gave me a two week course of Ofloxacin which im now 9 days into. Im still occasionally feeling the need to urinatre more so than normal and as the day goes on i start to feel uncomfortable in my testicles but the antibiotics doesn't seem to be helping me. It seems more so at night time especially when i try to go to sleep the pain can go from one side to the other (ball) and also if i press in the region below where my penis starts this also feels tender. During the day i dont seem to be getting these pains so much. I have been booked in for an ultra sound which could be up to 2 weeks but im wondering if you might have nay suggestions of what it might be or in fact if i need to seek further medical assistance. Im pretty anxious about this and theres not a nlot i can think about right now and realise this could be having an effect but im not dreaming the pain and its quite real and im obviously more than a little concerened.

Well you had protected sex which is safe sex. STD would be very rare. I would keep following up with your Dr because I doubt an STD is the cause.

sorry i should also say that during the first week after the incident i also felt nausea, panicky and had a loss of appetite and also found it hard to get to sleep, again i've been putting it down to my anxiety. My appetite still isn't quite what it was previously although i am eating but i dont have any nausea sensations.
