painless ulcer on vagina

I have had a painless ulcer on my vagina for 4-5 months, not inside my vagina. Last time I had sex 8 months ago.
I went to the doctor 2 months ago and she thought its a condyloma as i had warts  few years ago. I dont think it is that as it doesnt look like condyloma and its just one.Its pinkish and round. I still applied warticon but the ulcer is still there.Id say it has grown a little bit.
I was a bit scared thinking it could be syphilis or other STD.I got tested for most STD all were clear but I havnt got tested for syphilis.I dont think it could be syphilis as I read about it.With primary syphilis a lesion- chancre appears approx 21 days after the contact and persist 4-6 weeks and heals spontaneosly
or maybe it might be skin cancer ,squamous cell carcinoma :S
Also my menstrual cycle has changed. For years it was 21 days but now it has been 30 or more days for 4 months. And very heavy bleeding for 2 days and mens. last max 5 days.I also have lot of pain during my period
Can someone help me? Has anybody experienced that ?  i have a doctor appointment in a month time.

Yes I have had a look at MC.Im not sure whether it could be this. But i read if its MC then usually there are more than one  bump as I have just one.And its very contagious so there would be more bumps.
Well anyway I ll have a test for syphils and see a doctor to find out whats the cause

Try looking up molloscum contagiousum.  See if that is what you are experiencing.  And sometimes your body may change.  It could be that this is how your cycle will be for a period of time.  Things like a change in diet, exercise routine, stress, environment can be the cause.  My cycle has changed many times in 20 years.
