pls read

for a month now I have been assuming that i have a gonorrhea, but since starting taking cefixime a week later its too hard to get a sample discharge from my penis for my gram stain lab test however I just had my urine test today and the results are:

PUS: 8-12 WAS LOADED 1 week before
RBC: 1-3 WAS 0-2
AMORP.URATS/PO4: OCCASSIONAL
BACTERIA: FEW
MUCUS THREADS: MANY

EPITHELIAL CELLS:
SQUAMOUS: OCCASSIONAL

My wife's urine test is:

PUS: 1-2
RBC: 0-1
AMORP.URATS/PO4: OCCASSIONAL
BACTERIA: FEW
MUCUS THREADS:

EPITHELIAL CELLS:
SQUAMOUS: FEW

Now my question is... what should we do to reduce those findings to the same as a normal person? what are the correct statistics for each findings for a normal person (who got no infection at all...(assuming that one of us is infected)) what are mucus threads and amorp urate? any interpretation in the said urine results? thanks

Your Dr is the person best suited to interpert your lab results not us. Also we do not give medication advice and even if we did we can't because we can't interpret results.
