recurring cuts on Penis

Dear Medical community.

Starting about six months ago I've been getting these little pinprick sized cuts on my penis.  They appear, usually just one at a time, on that vein that runs up the bottom of the penis right up to the tip.  They appear just below the head.

They're not painful or anything, just there.  They seem to come back every so often (fairly randomly) after a day or two of dry skin. One time I had some pus, but never since. I've been tested for every STD imaginable, but every test has come back negative.  I've been married for a year and been seeing the same girl for two before that.  My wife doesn't have any STDs or symptoms.

Is this an STD that's coming up as a false negative? or a result of something else?  Thank You for your help and opinions.

I dealt with this problem for over a year, visited numerous websites and and eventually 2 doctors that prescribled me antibiotic for yeast infection that still didn't help. After numerous tries at home rememdies I finally found the cure.
After you shower spray Tinactin Jock Itch onto the affected area for about 3 days. Expect it to burn a bit for a few minutes but it'll cure what ails you.
Evidently it's a form of Jock itch, no more problems in the past 3 months.

This has nothing to do with a STD, not sure what it is. See/follow up with a Dr.
