plzz plzz help..mm hope lesss and help less..                 sept 4 and 5,2014.....i recived blowjob from a unknown girl both day..both day i feel very slightly and mild lower pain just after oral sex..2 day later my penis starts to smell very very bad and fishy..after 3 week..red bumps starts to appear on my penis head only till 12 week..which not itches..no burning no discharge..no pain..only very small red bumps with bad smell..which i can only notice after erection..           in between last 12 week some mouth ulcer comes and go in the inner wall of cheeks..one ulcer comes at my inner gums..i dont know what is this..is this any std becouse these red bumps on penis comes adter oral sex only..is this herpes..shyphilis..plzz plzz help

That is not a STD symptom.

i experienced dizzyness for more than 40 days from day 15 till day 54-55..this shows that smthing has really transmit..does herpes first comes as red bump or rashes then later fluid filed blister..or if genitsl herpes comes aa bump or rashes first,then it shuld be painful?

one last ques..apart from std virus and bectaria..can some normal virus or bacteria transmil from this activity?

Your risk was low and from your symptoms I don't think this si a STD. See a Dr if concerned.
