At risk for STDs?

Hi -

Thanks you in advance for your help.  Do you have any advice?   I've been involved in the following circumstances in the last year.  In all cases I was way too drunk for my own good:

Nov 2010 - Visited a massage parlor and received an unprotected handjob in which I came.
March 2011 - Made out with and "briefly fingered" a woman I know from work.
Sept 1, 2011 - Hopped into a car with a prostitute where I received mostly a handjob with some oral mixed in.  I was wearing a condom.  In this incident, I also briefly fingered the woman, possibly in her anus.

I have not shown any symptoms of any STDs.

I am feeling great remorse for my actions, as I am happily married and my wife is 7 months pregnant.    I ended up telling her about the incident from Sept 1, but none of the earlier ones. Please help!  From what I've read, these all seem like "no risk" activities, but I'd like to see what people think.

The only thing that I can say is (in agreement with grace) that you were at absolutely ZERO risk for STDs from what you describe.

protected oral sex and a hand job isn't a risk for std's.

I should add though, that it hasn't really been a year.  The last incident was just last week.  But if there's no risk, there's no risk.  Right?

none of these were real risks for std's.

since it's been a year, if you can't let go of the guilt of these encounters, perhaps it's time to seek out a professional counselor or therapist to help you work through this?
