red dots on glans

hi, im a 22yr male and im really concerned and REALLY want to get rid of whatever is on my penis glans. it looks like tiny red dots that become more visible when im erect. they are mostly located on the glans around the rim (pearly penile papules). also the rim looks more redder. its not really noticable after i shower and wet it. but when i become erect you can see the red dots a little more. then after an erection and flaccid, the glans has red and flesh patches not all one color and you could still see the red dots (and the glans gets wrinkled).
it started when i messed around with a girl, unprotected and didnt wash. ever since then my glans has been different. i got tested for syphillis, herpes, and hiv, and all negative. i took diflucan for a yeast infection and it cleared some stuff, but what im posting is whats left of it. a doctor said it could be a skin fungas left over, so he gave me oxistat, and it didnt do anything. i dont know what to think, if its viral, skin related, infection, etc. i know that was never there ive always been very aware of my glans, and its been going on for about 5 months now. it doesnt itch or hurt, and is red on the skin area most of the time, doesnt look nasty or anything. pls can some one help me!

hey man i've been having the same problem for a couple weeks... it started after i got unprotected oral from a girl... i felt a mild burn/heat sensation in the general area of my penis... i went to the doc and he checked my urine and did a physical check up.. said everything looked fine.. he didnt run any std tests but gave me doxy just in case and i also used (1 yr old) nystatin ointment i had for possible yeast on my lips when i took accutane.. anyway i told myself it was all in my head (alot of it probably was/is) and the heat feeling seemed to go away... but i can still see some slightly red dots around the glans of my penis when im erect.. maybe some heat when im hard and stuff too .. both nothing totally alarming...  and nothing when flacid.. but let me know if ya figure anything out..

no i havent, i still havent a clue. i did see a dermatologist and another doctor. the dermatologist gave me a powerful steroid cream which didnt help, and the other doctor told me im just being paranoid. (but of course whenever i see the doctor, the symptoms never show, only erect.) anyways, im kindof stuck and dont know what to think of it. im not paranoid since i know my glans is obviously redder than normal. ive began eating really healthy like organic and whatever to see if i can cleanse myself of any bad.(i know it sounds propostorous but im all out of ideas)...helloween, u say u show the same symptoms. question, what have you tried or experienced. for about three months now ive noticed everymorning i spit a little bit of phlegm. which means i have an infection, but im kind of clueless of what, so im thinking maybe a skin infection? i dont know im not a doctor, but im wondering if you show any infection symptoms as well. any help is appreciated.

I'm guessing it got disabled because it is not appropriate to have a pic of your penis on your profile, even for medical purposes.  We are a PG-13 site.

That said, you still need to see your doctor.  We can not diagnose you over the internet - no one can.

Have you seen a dermatologist?  It could be eczema, dermatitis, an allergy to something, etc.

If your tests are negative, its not an std.
