i get small littlr red bumps on my penis after sex and the go away after washing it off and my head of my penis has cracks do i have herpes??? oh and my girlfriends vagina starts hurting after sex could she have herpes??? thanks please answer my question.

This doesn't sound like herpes. It sounds like maybe you all are sharing a fungal infection, but it really needs to be checked by a doc.
