reglad of going for foot massage

Hi, recently I went to a massage parlor for foot massage. The massage lady seem to just after having sex with her client. I did not know she if she had washed her hand, immediatly she massage my foot for 45 mins after finishing with her fat client.  When she had finished  foot massage, I realised that there were some sores wounded skins on top of my foot far away from the toes.

My question is, during the time of masage,  if  the skin of my foot was bleeding and her hands were also bleeding,   if she had hiv std like Hepatitis B  Syphilis, herpes, warts,Chlamydia and Gonorrhea.  Would there be transmission foot massage like this?.

Please help to answer  my worries
