If someone has an std uses the restroom and shakes hands without washing and you rub your eyes or put your hand to your mouth is it possible to get chlamydia or gonnerra.

I'm very worried that I may have something. The past three days my vagina has itched. It burns when I pee sometimes and I have two white sores right on the inside of my vagina. Any suggestion on what I might do or what it might be?

Also, if you did get an oral or eye infection, it wouldn't travel down to your genital area and infect you there.

No.  STDs die quickly outside of the part of body they need to survive.  Seriously, if this were the case, then we'd all have chlamydial eye infections or something.
