should I still be worried of an STD?

here are the results of my second analysis of urine as I promised I would keep you posted.

urine biochemistry
results
density (in urine)                  1.015
PH (in urine)                          7.0
Protein (in urine)                negative
Glucose (in urine)              negative
ketone bodies (in urine)  negative
bilirubin     (in urine)        negative
hemoglobin   (in urine)    negative
nitrates        (in urine)      negative
leukocytes (in urine)      negative result shows the infection has gone/ disappeared. (Previous/first analysis of urine study of the sediment 4-5 leukocytes by field /50 fields.)
Sediment (in urine) according to standard biochemical data.

The infection that was detected in my first analysis of urine has cleared up no detection of leukocytes in urine, so it surely was not a STD? What do you think? The doctor has given me antibiotics as I explained that I still have a little burning when urinating, he has given me ciproflaxin 500mg twice a day for 10 days, and if the symptoms don´t disappear to go back to the doctors. The doctor is 100% certain there is no STD infection.

was not tested for STD correct!! but if I had  a STD given 9 weeks has past after sexual encounter , My symptoms would be a lot worse not getting better ,anyway if antibiotics clear up the infection , no STD!! WHY is the doctor not testing me for STD´s?The doctor knows I was with a prostitute but had protected sex and protected oral  with condom. I,ve read on this website of a man being told they have a low risk chance of STD when he had unprotected viginal sex for one minute then he put a condom on. In my case It´s not syphilis, it´s not gonnerreha, there would be discharge, or unusual visual marks on the penis this after over 2 months untreated STD. It could be chlamydia but doctor mentioned if the burning that I have would be so bad it would be painful due to the time that has past 9 weeks also a good chance of discharge. I´m only repeating what the doctor has said to me. You say it might still be a STD? Doctor says no STD. I´m confused!!

Can't say if you have a STD because you did not test for a STD.
