std or nerve damage

hi doctor,i was in hong kong last october i got drunk and took a girl back to my room.she gave unprotected oral for about ten minutes then she used her hand rather vigoursly on my penis...next morning my penis was swollen this went away within a few hours.just over 2 months later i started to get sharp pains around the tip of the penis the pain was on and off for a few days.then the pain stopped for a few weeks and now its started again.do you have any idea what is going on. there is no redness does not hurt to urinate this has really started to worry  me. any thoughts.thank you

the best thing to do is to be seen and follow up properly on the pains you are having. the risk of a std from unprotected oral is rather low but they can occur.
