urethritis or prostatitis?

10 days ago i went to a bachelor party and one of the girls masturbated me with a new sex toy and used alot of lotion. she also gave me very brief oral. the next day i noticed the slight irritation and burning in my penis while peeing. i have had urethritis 5 times in my life and it was never clamindia or gonorrhea as i was tested for them. the other night i went to the hospital and they checked my penis and did a urine culture and they said they saw no signs of anything, no white blood cells, yeast or blood. he did put me on a 5 day course of  the zpack in case. im going on day 3 of treatment and it does feel better but it is not gone totally yet. my question is how long does it take for the symptoms to go away? also could the lotion of caused this irritation if alot got in there?

i have not had sex with anybody or my wife in over 5 weeks but im afraid to touch her knowing what i did, even though i was drunk a bit at the time. i have no insurance so i cannot follow up with my doctors either. i had to pay cash for the zpack treatment. the hospital told me it could be protratitis as well but that the antibiotics would clear that up for me. i seem to be really sensitive to getting this from various things including, soaps, lotions and brief oral even with my wife who i know is clean. i do notice if i wear tight underwear or i try to masturbate it seems to bother me more, is that normal for this? i don't think this is an std and i have had no open soars, or any discharge.

well i finished all antibiotics and i went to a local doctor and he did a prostrate exam and urine cultures. he also tested for any std's. i got the results yesterday and all were negative. the burning is gone but it still at times "not all the time" feels if there is something in my urethra. it's not a pain but more of a discomfort like swelling. at times i pee sideways too or split stream. it seems to get aggravated when i wear my underwear. im not sure what else to do as the doc said if it kept bothering me id have to see a urologist. problem is i have no insurance and im not sure what else i can do? i did masturbate alot the past few weeks. could this be from over doing it? maybe i just need to let my penis rest for awhile?

im sorta getting worried here as what the issue is. i do know im very susceptible to getting urethral irritation.

yeah i think it was from the lotion and the amount of time i was masturbated. the thing is this comes and goes, it's not constant, it doesn't seem like the antibiotics are helping either?  i spoke tot he women and they insist on the point of being upset that they are clean.

Well I don't know what you have so I can't really comment. I can say that I know you could not get a STD from being masterbated and highly unlikely you got it from breif oral sex and symptoms never start that quick. My bet is that this is anxiety and gulit ridden symptoms.

Yes lotion can cause irritation.
