no a condom protects against herpes 30%,

right - if she doesn't have a std then you were never at risk either.

no risk from menstrual blood that wasn't already a risk from the sex act itself.

So having sex with a female thats on her menstrual is the same risk as her not having her menstrual? So condoma protect 70% against herpes and its protects 90% against hpv if the condom is used properly. She said shes going to get tested and told me she doesnt of a std. That she gets checked every 6 months. So if her test results are all  negative than im fine right? Thank for your information.

condoms reduce transmission of herpes by 30%. if used properly they reduce the risk of hpv by 90%.  they are very good at preventing infection with bacterial std's too if used properly.  we recommend protected sex for a good reason and exposure to menstrual blood isn't an increased risk of std's.

Google will probably give you a number like 90% but that takes into account using it wrong, breakage and things like that. They are 100% against bacterial STD's. Can't give you any real exact numbers but if you use them you will have no real worries.

Very very low risk for herpes, HPV and syphilis. Low enough not to worry about.
