for about 4 weeks now i have been having bad pain in my testicals and at the head of my penis and it is really red at the head around the hole and i cant hardly touch it becasue its really sensitive and the pain feels like a razer in my penis can anyone help me and give me an idea of what is going on?

If your testicles are swelling, you need to call your doctor now.

yea its getting bad its hurting really bad now and my testicals are swelling up it seems like ... i cant really tell if im discharging tho

yea it burns when urinate ,, and yes i have had sex a couple times not really long ago without a condom .. i been to the doctor a couple times they dont know what there doing they tell me its differnt things i know its not what they tell me it has to be some kind of std but they doctors cant find it but they havnt gave me any blood work yet or anything .. i keep wanting to grip the head of my penis really hard for some reason i dunno.. thanks got the help

You need to see a doctor for this.  It could be caused by a few different things, but you need an exam and some testing to find out what it is.

Does it hurt when you urinate ? , have u noticed any fluid of any colour secreting from ur penis are u sexually active ? and when u have been sexually active have u used a condom ?
