still have std symptoms after 4 difft antibiotics

About a month ago, I noticed discharge (white milky and some clumpy white) from the penis and had some painful burning.  I immediately went to a clinic where they gave me a shot of roceffin and 1G azythromyacin single dose.   The symptoms remained constant over the next two weeks.  I then went to an urgent care where I did a urine dna test for chlamydia and gonorhea.  That doctor was pretty sure I must have trichomonas which isn't treated with roceffin or azythromycin.  He gave me 7 days of flagil and 7 days of doxycycline (just in case I could still possibly have chlamydia). In the meantime, I found that the tests were negative for both chlamydia and gonorhea but I am finished with all antibiotics...never missed a dose over the month mentioned.  I still have burning and some discharge.  I honestly don't think its any better.  I should have effectively been treated for the big 3 plus a whole crapload of other bacteria.  What the hell is it?  I might be the first man who's dick actually does fall off.

herpes will not cause you to have discharge all the time like this. neither will syphilis.

follow up on this for better answers.

I forgot to mention in my post...most people with stds don't seem to stress that they experience itching in their urethra.  Since the onset of this, I have had very significant itching sensation in my urethra which goes from the head of my penis back past my testicles.  If I apply pressure at any point along this line its almost like scratching one's back.  Its like there is the need to scratch way back inside.

Also...I'm uncircumcised and I had a rash not too long prior to this std thing.  Its long gone, but the symptoms mentioned are still present.  Could I have syphillis?  Herpes?  I've got something untreatable by azythromycin, doxycycline, roceffin and flagil.

if it was that easy to make a man's dick fall off, we gals would've mastered it long ago trust me ;)

best thing to do is to be seen again.  you've treated for the usual suspects so now they need to do a further work up on you to see what else could be growing. sometimes prostate infections take several weeks of antibiotics to properly treat if perhaps this is what is going on with you.

best of luck :)
