swollenn glad of penis corona region, due to std?

good day!

i'm having swollen region around the corona region of my penis.

1. i was having a sex with a prostitute (using condoms) two weeks later i found itching on my shaft of penis. then i started worrying, during cleaning i was rubbing hardly it got damaged and out break started, then after two days it was cleared.

2. after week later i found swollen region in corona region, i'm very much worried, pictures i have attached.

3. i'm having a white tongue and geographic tongue. i was having bitter taste on my tongue and white saliva coming from my upper mouth.

3. i'm into sales in Dubai now, i want to walk in the hot sun for 4-8 km/day. due to over heat this may happen? and to reduce the sweat i will not drink water so that i will not sweat while meeting clients.

4. i'm taking zinc tablet and b complex, and black seed oil.

Hi since you used a condom any issues your having with your shaft or head would not be related to the act but maybe a reaction to the rubber in the condom.

your mouth has nothing to do with vaginal sex and the corona would appear inflamed from irritation
