Swollen Testicles with pain. Negative chlamydia and gonorrhea tests twice.
I am experiencing swollen scrotum/testicles in which they seem to retract. I have mild pain that comes and goes in the urethra close to the body (not the head). No pain during urination and no discharge. I tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea at day 5 and day 13 after possible exposure and both came back negative. I sometimes also feel my legs/feet hot and with some pain the back of my legs and buttocks. I am worried that I have something more serious but I cannot find information about STDs with my type of symptoms. Please share any ideas you have. I visited the doctor (urologist) twice and he gave me painkillers plus antibiotics (ciprofloxacin). I am waiting on HIV RNA test results and I have a doctor appointment with a virologist on Saturday. Any help and information would be greatly appreciated.
