teen std question

Hello everyone... to be honest i have no ideal about STDs so excuse me if my questions seem childish. So the other day (like a week ago maybe) I kinda met up with this guy i didnt know. Im embaressed and ashamed to say but i meet him online. Anyways we meet up and eventually we ended up having some fun ( i guess it can be called that). We did not have oral or vaginal or anal sex. I just jacked him off. So here are the questions i was worrying about:

1) What stds can i get from kissing?

2) When i jacked him off, it was dark so i had to feel around for his nipple. which mean i touched his nipple and then put my mouth on it. My hand was not wet. but i cant remember if it was totally dry or a little damp from his precum. Can i get any STDs from this?

3) When he came it kinda got on my chest. And i just moved here to Thailand so my body is not use to the water when i shower so i been having acne on my chest since i got here. So can any STDs get through acne bumps?

4) Also can a STD be transmitted through the nipple tissue?

sorry if my questions are so childish, but im really new to this. Im still a virgin so i guess i was just curious of what it looked like n stuff and in the end i made a stupid choice. I plan to get tested for herpes of the mouth and anything else that is recommended by you guys. Thanks in advance!!!!!!
