Sharp Pain penis head, comes and goes
So I had sex last sunday, and the next day I noticed I had a sore penis head. It mostly went away Tuesday, but it will come and go, kind of feels like a tiny sharp pain.
I have no discharge, rash burning etc etc besides this one issue. Im about 90% sure that no STD can manifest itself in under 24 hours, but I feel like im being OCD with this and worrying now. I did masturbate with a hand lotion the other day which made it seem like it made it regress back to how it felt Tuesday.
Am i just being crazy? should i just wait it out or see a doctor?

Lets put it this way. Symptoms of std,s like gono and chlamydia occur about 5 days later and consist of a white puss discharge and burning while urinating or itching inside your urethra.

also it's more so the meatus or opening. it'll feel tingly at times and then go away. At first it was a sharp pain. Is there any possibility it's an std?
