treating molluscum on genitals

hey guys
ive been having a problem with molluscum contagiosum papules in my pubic region for about 5 months now. i made the big mistake of shaving my pubes a while ago and they spread like wildfire. i have about 10-15 spots all varying in size with the biggest being about 5mm!
but today i just noticed a single papule forming in the middle of the shaft of my penis!
what can i do to get rid of it? i read that tretinoin can work and i have some that i use for face acne. is it too harsh for such a sensitive area? i also have some 20% benzoyl peroxide cream but i dont want to discolor my underwear using it.
i read that usually these things resolve on their own in a few months but mine are only just cropping up or getting bigger... i dont have the money to see a dermatologist and i just want them gone! are there any other ways to easily get rid of these things without scarring?
thanks a lot

you need to be seen and get these professional removed. call your local health department to see what your local low cost/no cost options are for treating them properly.

don't use anything otc for these - you run the risk of causing skin damage to the sensitive/delicate genital skin!
