trichomoniasis in a guy

hi!
i consider myself a gay guy but ive been hooking up with girls lately and trans men (females who live as guys) and i really like it. i hadnt had sex in almost a year until 2 mos ago when i hooked up with a girl. bout a week afterwards i my penis felt mildly burny when i peed and i saw a very tiny amt of white discharge. welp i went and got a full sti test and was given antibiotic treatment at the time of my visit. a week later the results showed negative to chlamydia, gon, syph, herp, etc. told the girl, she got tested too and all neg as well. a month later and i still have a slight burn and while i dont ever see any actual discharge, if i squeeze my penis i definately see white stuff come up from within. did some googling and discovered trich. the walk in clinic i go to didnt test for that. i dont have insurance so i cant visit a dr. im going to call the walk in clinic and ask if they test for trich.
even with research im curious if it is trich can i pass this onto other guys via anal sex? from what ive been reading the parasite cannot live in the anus and only spread from penis2vagina, vagina2penis, and vag2vag. i havent read anything about trichomoniasis in gay guys. man i should have never been messing around with girls ! not telling my gay friends or theyd chastise me forever lol

Hi Trich is rare in men and are most often inside the vagina area not in the urethra. If your having a white urethra discharge that would be a sign of somekind of infection. It would be best to have a trich test done.
