worring about my health

Im a health care provider. a week ago a shake hand with a patient and i put my hand on his shoulder and the tshirt he was wearing all sweaty ( i wasnt wearing a gloves ) , only to find out later that this patient is an HIV patient.
I know that its maybe a stupid to think like this from a touch or a sweaty tshirt, but im worried. SHOULD I ??
or there is no way i could of got something ?
BTW, i have no wounds on my hands.

Sorry specialist, I did not mean to judge.  Lord knows that I have issues myself!  Anyways, like grace said...no risk at all from the shirt or the hand shake.
