unprotected oral

hello
i had insertive unprotected oral and insertive protected vaginal.
i dont have any symptomps like penis discharge or urination pain.but i have presistant sore throat and white tongue and moth sores and white presistant patches inside my cheeks like small tiny dots.is it possible for any std to transfer from mouth to my penis and cause these symptomps?

thanks alot for your response.
I was missunderstood that chlaymedia ,syphlis or gonorhea can transfer from infected mouth to the penis and the virus or bacteria could transfer or cause some symptomps in the mouth or throat.so in this case I should not worry about oral chlamydia???????

STI's cause symptoms where they start, and don't travel through the body to cause symptoms elsewhere.  If your mouth/throat were not exposed, your symptoms arent from any STI.  Probably just a cold.
