urgent Please help

Please help, scared to death.

I had an unprotected oral sex 3.5 months ago with unknown women, the next day I had small blister in my mouth, and 4-5 days later I had sore throat( not very bad), got tested for strep, got negative results. Later that week my symptoms started growing like abdominal pain, lower back pain. more blisters in mouth which disappear with in day or two. I also small blister on my head of penis no pain. it went off in 2-3 days. went to doctor, gave me zpack for 5 days, felt better only for week. The symptom were back.. lower abdominal and back pain, took another z pack. didnt do any better. I have seen small blood blister which i poked and healed in the next day..

After one month, It was not getting any better so I went to doctor again, also had lesions on my tongue which started as small patch like rough texture.. its moving across my tongue. with white circle around that patch..
So I got tested for HSV and mono after 45 days, results came out negative. Later I had severe burning in my lower abdomen, mild pain in upper abdomen, and in my shoulder area believe the lymph nodes were burning and in pain. I took more antibiotics amoxicillin 3g dose.. it subsided the upper and lower abdominal pain.

The lesion is mouth are still there and getting worse. I see small pimples come on my penis head, My eyes were also burning.

I had std tests done almost 2 months after the incident, chlamydia, syphilis, gonno.. all came back negative.Doctor didn't give me any med,, bcos i don't have any discharge.

I still have the lesion in my mouth. I feel pain in groin area on my left side..also pain some pain in  penis once in while

I don't have discharge, no swelling of lymph nodes in neck, or groin. But i feel like my lymphs are swollen behind the knees. But No fever, No headache, no Chills,, no diarrhea, no weight loss in three months.

Anti body test after two months came back as negative. I was tested negative on all stds twice in three months.

Now my problem is I am getting arthritis like sharp pain in my both shoulders and inflammation in my wrists some times and feel some pain in my hand finger and left leg fingers and lower abdomen to the left close the thigh is paining and I am getting pain in lower rib cage to the left. These are getting worse day by day.

I am also getting small pimples/blisters on my head these kind of itchy, I had few pimples on my trunk of the body and face. which faded but left a brown/black mark on the skin.

Are these Acute HIV symptoms??

I planning to get second antibody test next week,ie after 3.5 months , which can give accurate results.

Please advice, as the doctor is not able to give me any medicine as all the std  test came back as negative.
is this any Yeast infection ?? or Reactive arthritis??

If the infectious disease specialist is not able to give me any thing from her diagnosis then please suggest which doctor should i go to..

Please help, me..

Thanks in advance.

you've covered your std testing bases. You've also had your hiv related questions answered on the hiv forum.

odds are the isn't std related. No std causes symptoms the next day. odds are whatever went on initially in your mouth and on your penis were not due to a std. A newly acquired genital herpes infection would've caused far more painful genital symptoms and for longer than you had them.

odds are your continued genital symptoms are fungal related. They are very common after oral sex.

your oral symptoms can be many things - fungal infections or even geographic tongue.

At this point all you can do it to continue to follow up on your symptoms with your providers. Even though you are equating these all with the same encounter, doesn't mean they are and certainly doesn't mean that they are std related. Many other infections are easily transmitted through kissing as well as just being within 3 feet of someone. Don't keep thinking std's as a cause, follow up on things to find out what is really going on . best of luck!

this is an interesting case and I do not think there is any advice here that we can offer you.  You have so many issues going on.  It could be Reactive arthritis as a result of some undetectable or untested for STD.  Without discharge, it's difficult to diagnose as an STD, as discharge is typically the main factor in diagnosing a person with penile infection.  Work with your ID Doc, as this is your best bet.  Try to make sure you find a good one who deals with STD's, preferably one who manages patients with HIV.  I'm not saying you have HIV or that it's a risk, but an ID doc who deals with HIV patients will have more experience trying to diagnose a person like you who began having symptoms after your encounter.  I'm not sure if that all made sense, but I'm tired!  Please keep us updated.

Hello

So you had  low risk exposure.  And when we say low risk, it means not to worry about it.

In your case however the blisters on penis would point for testing ---which you did and you have negative results.   I don't know what those were.

Forget about STDs, and HIV (you were at zero risk for HIV from oral sex)

Arthritis is not a STD matter.
