urinary burning and redness on peinis head

About three weeks ago i had unprotested sex with a woman, who I have no idea her sexual past.  Aprrox. 2 weeks ago i got a chest and sinus cold.  My doc put me on Zithromax, the next day I started to feel burning while peeing, so I started taking cipro with the zithro thinking I had a UTI.  The burning did not go away, i went and saw my doc about this and he took swabs for chlamydia and gonorrhea.  He then put me on Doxycycline for 10 daysI have since developed what looks like a red rash on my penis head and the burning is still there upon urination.  Could this be a yeast infection?? Please help.....thank you in advance

It could be an std, or maybe a prostate infection.  In any case, you need to be seen by your doctor.

I have not heard anything from the results, so I assuming they are negative!!  I am going to see my GP tomorrow.  I just went to the Public Health clinic and I told them my situation and she told me to just stick with my GP

It could be a yeast infection. Do you know how your tests turned out?
