hello. i had a vaginal sex with a woman about two months ago , she was having menstrual period during the sex and she bleeded on my penis between the intercourse, during trying some different positions when my penis was not fully erected i got bend my penis while penetrating, its hurt slightly that time. after few hours in the morning i felt pain in my penis and burning sensation while urinating and semen discharge. i tried ciprofloxacine for 5 days. but after that i never feel any better every week i have a burning urethra inside the whole shaft and pain in my lower back and buttocks, after masturbating I feel better and comfortable, after a month i visited a urologist i didnt told about the sexual relationship, he did my blood and urine test ultrasound of kidney spleen and badder, few hours later all test were negetive and my organs are good, he told me that nothing to worry everything is fine and prescribed me doxycycline 100mg for 2 weeks, ciprofloxacine 10 days, cranberry powder and citralka syrup, i took these medicines for 7 days and didnt felt any major improvement , and the cipro was showing severe side effects i told the doctor and he changed it with cefixime i got 5 cifixime 400 tab for 5 days now the cefixime corse is complete, still i have to take doxycycline for 2 more days, i noticed that the semen leakage was due to slightly sexually arousal or talking to my girl on call, but i feel my urethra is injured because its hurting and during urination i feel something inside my penis, I tried to look inside the tip of the penis I saw something purplish on one side of the uretheral wall. and after urination is feel few drops of urine are coming out, do I need any special test for stds i m single male 28 year old. cant talk to any one i dont know what to do i feel like my life is over please help me

If not then no std symptoms appear the next day but about a week or 2 later and would consist of white puss penis discharge and burning while urinating or genital sores/blisters that also would appear about 2 weeks later.

no I didn't used a condom.
my girl friends didn't got any stds or uti at that time we had sex, she is perfectly fine till now. appearance of my genitials and penis is normal and good just like before, no puss or blood discharge. it was just semen discharge clear watery and it comes out when ever I think about sex or talk to my girlfriend. now I controlling my thoughts so I have no semen discharge. if it was a uti doctor gave me 14 days of antibiotics I don't feel any huge difference till now. after the antibiotic course I feel just my urethra hurts sometime and because I m drinking lot of water and urinating a lot so my urine doesn't stop completely after stoping it one or two drop of urine drops out and I feel like one drop is still inside my penis. , so what you guys think . is that a uti. or something else . can it be cured , can I live a normal life like before. what should I do..
one more thing I m thinking too much about this so I m very worried and different kind of negative thoughts are coming in my mind every time.
