RPR non reactive TPHA positive (2.46) what does it means?
OK then I guess I'm confused why you are asking - are you wondering if you have it? If you are concerned, I'd get tested.

Don't know and don't see him anymore. Thanks for the answer. He said it meant he didn't have it
Non-conclusive means they can't tell either way.
Do you know what the name of the test is? If its an RPR or VDRL, they should get a FTA-ABS or TPPA or TPHA test done to figure this out.

Could you tell me what a non conclusive result for syphilis means? Partner had two done on Dr.s reccomendation. Should I be worried.
Thanks for your reply. I've read phrases like "...not always accurate in the early or late stages..."; "...may be up to 8 weeks to get a valid result...". I've also seen the two to four week statistic. Nothing seems definite.
What conflicting info do you keep reading? An RPR test is reliable 2-4 weeks after exposure. You took the test almost 2 months after exposure and it was negative...therefore you do not have syphilis.
P.S. - the test came back negative
