I have swelling around base of penis, could be std?
My girlfriend actually noticed but for the past several weeks I've been had swelling at the base of my shaft noticable when I am erect. There is no discoloration or pain to the touch. Could this be due to rough sex, or swollen lymph nodes due to std? I was just tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea & hiv and tested clean. Thank you.

Hi yes it would appear from rough sex and dont believe there are any nodes in that area.
