what could it be?

I had unprotected oral sex with a woman( she gave to me).  Next day burning sensation on tip of penis and frequent urination.  Went to doctor who gave me ciprox for five days and got no result.  After that I did a urine culture which showed no bacteria.  I again went to doctor who gave me azithromycin for five days (twice a day, one tablet)  Some improvement but still some burning sensation and slight pain in testicles.  Went to doctor again who said that I have chlamydia which sometimes is not cured with azithromycin.  Now taking doxycycline for 7 seven days.  After two days still get intermittent burning in scrotum and rectum, and a bit of pain in testicles.  Please advise

The tip could be an injury but not sure the other areas, maybe anxiety.

Hi, no std produces symptoms the next day, maybe her lip balm. If you received symptoms the next day it would not be related to any std maybe an injury from the act itself.
