had unprotected sex with woman on period. within two weeks small burning sensation thought it was from chlorine in pool it got worse i didnt wasnt to think it was an std. went to hospital at appx 28 days. It kinda felt like spearment burning the burn was also in my prostate could feel it. My whole body felt poisoned. They didnt take samples at hospital shot of rocessin and perscription for doxy 100 7 days. Infection cleared up bad had bad reaction to medicine burning organs stomach cramps 2 month headache felt like brain was swelling and a strange tiredness thought i was gonna die. id been trying to figure out exactly what i had but it didnt seem to match otherstd symptoms. after about three weeks into infection my mouth went dry not sure if it was from infection or anxiety and the panic attacs. I went to my doctor and tested neg for hiv and hep. at 10 weeks 2 days. Id had a bad year and already been really depressed before all this. Never really being a believer in anxiety.
After finishing doxy my tounge looked really sick and it hurt like it was poisoined it seems to be better but mouth seems kinda tangy pasty and dry but i do have a broken tooth had pain under tounge. been having neck spasms and muscle twitching also headache off and on. shrink says it all sounds like anxioty. also called dentist and assistant says the same....................ive always been a healthy person now i feel like im falling apart. I plan on getting another hiv test at 6 months and hope that will end anxioty symptoms

10 weeks is a great indication that you didn't get HIV from this encounter, but 3 months is conclusive (not 6months)

Did you test for anything else? you should have gotten a full STD panel, chlamydia, gono, trich, syphilis, HSV, and HIV. the medication you were proscribed could have cured the chlamydia and gono but you should do a follow up test to see if you do have it at this point. It is impossible to say if you had it prior to the meds but your symptoms indicate itcould have been.

It really sounds like you need to just visit the doctors do a full STD panel and if everything is negative then you need to move on from your thoughts of STDs.

Do you have a question? You basically just stated symptoms treatement, more sysmptoms and your plan. Not sure what your reallly looking for at this point.

I can say that symptoms don't sound like they are STD related.
