what stds can i get from unprotected oral sex

Hello I was told by Teak that i cannot get hiv from  unprotected oral sex,from a hiv pos guy who performed oral sex on me.He said i was to ask std questions here.SO can someone tell me what stds i can get from a blowjob,please.And what is azithromycin used for?

no, hiv is not a risk!

you've had no symptoms. unless you develop some within the next few weeks, no reason for worry or testing.

azithromycin is used to treat chlamydia for the most part when it comes to std's. we also use it for a few other std related conditions too.


overall the risk of a  std from oral sex is very low. we don't recommend testing unless you develop symptoms.  ngu and herpes are your most common risks from oral sex.  

we recommend protected oral sex because it's about as close to safe sex as it gets :)  It also saves you worrying and testing too!
