what type of std do i have?and what treatment is recommended?

I have a partner for 6 years never had an std just a small infection before i had two kids.i had unprotected sex with another guy 3 month sexual relationship.I tested negative for HIV 3 months back and i am still negative.I have a heavy vaginal discharge started of thick white then yellowish noe greenish , irregular period and just last week my whole body started even in my palms...i was prescribed metronidazole n doxycycline n two other pills that i had to take immediately this was before the itching...
When itching started i was prescribed napamol and prednisonethe went away but it is back i am left with a day to finish antibiotic cause...

My symptoms are :
irregular period,
vaginal discharge which is itchy greenish color
Dark urine sometimes
Itchy all over my body
Circles on my tongue with thin white film on gums in the morning
I had nausea before and i thought i was pregnant

please help!!!i am mortified...

Gonorrhea sounds the most likely or trich. But could be somethign unrelated to a STD.

Hi did you get tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia? And also syphillis? Just continue working with your doctor.
