Does Gonorreah go away?

Hello,
I have contracted Gonorrhea in the anal canal about 5 months ago.
Symptoms are discomfort, pressure, itchyness.
I have read here on your website that it can go away on it's own.
Everywhere else I have read that it does not go away and can lead to severe complications if left untreated.
How is it that you present such different information?

One of these potential complications is gonococcal joint infection that can cause serious damage to the joints.
Is this correct?
I'm concerned because I have a strange pain in my right knee that flares sometimes and it does not seem to be coming from any mechanical issues as far as I can tell. Although there is no swelling in the knee.
I would really like to give my body the time it needs to heal and I can be patient with the right confidence that is it possible  but I wonder if I am being a little naive and even reckless.
I would like to avoid taking antibiotics if I at all can and allow my body to grow stronger but healing this bacteria.
thank you,
A

Hello wat do u kno similar stories drug resistant gonorrhoea. Ive
Taken two courses of antibiotics already. Finish first course
5 weeks ago and second course 2.5 weeks ago. They only
Seem to have reduced symptoms to a small discharge 1 drop (similar
To gleet)
Only occurring or visivle when havent urinated for a few hours
(esp upon waking in morning)
This is with drinking 3 litres of water daily. Symptoms may
Be worst without drinking water i think. Im on a good diet overall
And taking megadose vitamin c to strengthen immunity.
Will all symptoms pass in time?
Or will symptoms persist of this new strain of bacteria..
Have u any exp. In similar cases?

Get medication, you are risking serious health problems if you do not and possibly death.

Yes I have been tested and confirmed having contracted gonorrhoea in the rectum.
I have not been treated because I am reluctant to take antibiotics.
I do believe there are side effects to the antibiotic treatments that we are not quite fully aware and that the immune system grows stronger with each virus and bacteria it encounters.
Essentially for longer term health, if my body can heal itself I would much rather allow that

But I would like to be sure, to be confident because of the mind-body relationship is a powerful factor in the healing process.
Do the studies show that the infection will clear in all the different possible infected areas? Including the rectum? How they found different rates of healing in different infected areas?
thank you

Have you tested for anal gonorrhea? If yes then why have you not treated it? If no then why have you not tested?

Studies show that in most cases the body will clear the infection on it's own. But we never recommend wait and see approach. It is not reasonable or even smart.
