If I had a syphilis chancre, is it possible for it to disappear in less than 3 days?

Hello, I am a 30 year old and recently had protected sex with a female college student in Lisbon. However before putting on the condom I did very quickly penetrate her. Also before the sex act I practiced unprotected oral sex on her and a little bit of anal rimming. After just a few days I started to notice slight pain, on and off, in my right testicle. I waited nine days and did a urine test for the usual STDs (gono, chlamydia, mycoplasma). The results all came back negative. About 15 days after the encounter, a small mouth ulcer appeared on the inside of my lower lip. But it completely  disappeared after less than 3 days. So my question is could this have been a syphilis chancre if it disappeared so quickly? Also what are the risks associated with unprotected oral sex on a woman? As of today, about 18 days later, I started to feel a very slight burn when I pee and my right testicle is still slightly painful from time to time. Is this an indication for any STDs? thank you very much for any help/advice you can provide.

Hi, a syphilis chancre will last 3 to 6 weeks not only 3 days so you can rule that out. Also std,s that produce symptoms would do in about 5 days not 18 and consist of a puss discharge and or burning while urinating or urethrea itching.
