Male std or herpes?

I had two small open wounds show up on my penis. No blood , pus, pain , or tingling . I saw them and thought nothing of them . I masterbated in the shower and went to sleep and woke up the next morning with another spot on the top side of my shaft. This was about two weeks after I had slept with a women whom informed me later that she had bv. I had swollen lymph nodes but no pain or sickness . It's been 4 months and I haven't had any out break and the spots I had (5) had already scanned up and healed and I did pick them and they left scares. All through the time I was also wearing compression shorts which may have left irritation marks but I'm not sure . I went and got tested but the doctor said I would have to come back in three months to get tested but I haven't been home since then. I got tested before that girl and I was clean . She also got tested and told me she's clean . Bottom line is I had open sores which were never blisters, never erupted or wakes liquids . Besides the first two little ones I assumed the others were from masturbation and compression shorts . I also had a discharge when I first noticed the two spots. I'm scared and confused because my partners are clean.

And u said A painless site as in it's one cuz I had two little ones and eventually 3 more but I figured it could be from the masturbation and compression shorts during practice

Hey what about discharge , would that be a symptom  of herpes and they don't itch or hurt and honestly don't look anything like the pics on google. Also there was no redness or small dots or blistering of crusting . Although there was scabs later from me picking them . And they left scars

But certainly go back for the next check. Unfortunately Syphilis won't show positive on a test for I believe about 6 weeks-3 months

Just to make sure you were checked for Syphilis? 2 weeks after an exposure would be very early to show any symptoms, but the first are a painless sore generally on the penis and swollen lymph glands. However not to be alarmed, if you haven't had any other symptoms treatment would be a simple shot of penicillin.
