STI Worries

I am a little worried about some symptoms I had after a risky sexual encounter with a CSW in Dubai. 22 days ago I had protected sex with two CSW each time using a new condom and on the second one I performed a 3-4 mins of cunnilingus (I came to my senses after that). the first encounter was about 1 min of oral sex and then 2-3 mins of penetration using the same condom. withdrawing caused the condom to pull approx 1 inch away from the base of my penis slightly (one inch or so from the base therefore the majority still covered). I discarded this condom and to my knowledge it was intact. The second was with a new condom and this was penetrative sex and then as I said I performed Cunnilingus on her concentrating around the clitoris area. this condom was also intyact and I actually did a water test on it the following day. (the first I had already flushed away)

there was no interaction between the two csw's and to my knowledge they do not know each other. the problem is that the day after I felt a slight discomfort approx 1 inch into the urethra inside my penis and I had the feeling that I had a spot of urine trapped in the urethra a lot of the time.

The evening after the mistake, I went to the doctor and asked for a precautionary medication and she gave me a intermuscular injection of an antibiotic (not sure what it was) and 5 days worth of zithromax pills. During this period I used Caneston for a couple of days which seemd to develop a bit of a rash on the head of my penis.

Keeping in mind that over the whole period I have been inspecting every inch of my penis constantly, I had a small 1.5mm like paper cut develop on the right side of the tip of my urethral opening. I have been washing regularly this area, inspecting regularly and have developed into a bit of a hypercondriac. I then stopped washing so much on the advice of a doctor and used a bit of nappy rash cream which seemed to help. I left the area a lone for a bit and the tiny cut seemed to disappear.

I had a urine test and Blood test for STD's done at 11 days which were negative but I guess the results will be supect due to the time and the amount of antibiotics I have taking.

After the Zithromax I started taking Erythromycin 500MG four times a day for 14 days which I have just finished today.

There is a large amount of guilt associated with this encounter and apart from what i think/ hope is a small blocked pore on the shaft of my penis I have had no other symptoms, other than a slight runny nose a couple of mornings which i put down to the Air conditioning or being on a few flights previously and a muscular back ache. the other stuf like sweating a lot I am sure is anxiety related

Along with the usual worries associated with all the STD's I am concerned that the little cut seems to have returned at the 20 day mark although I have been examining the area, not nearly as much as before. the cut is sore after I urinate  (but then I would expect that due to the urine) I have some antibiotic cream for this from the doctor which seeemed to clear the last one up within a 3 days.I also had a urethral swab taken afew days a go which has also come back negative but again the concern is the effects the antibiotics have on this as it was taken.

On the advice of my doctor I have booked further tests later but I would like some advice on the likelyhood/unlikely hood I have something, therefore I asking for an informed opinion on the what I may have?

thanks on advance for your assistance

For whatever it is worth to you, your STD risk from condom-protected sex was zero. It wouldn't matter if the condom was 20 years out of date, as long as it was intact you were protected.

Not an STD. Your guilt over the encounters is getting the best of you. Stop examining your penis.
