18 and no change in size of penis and testicles

I am 18 years of age .....the growth of the rest of my body is absolutely normal (i have facial hair, deep voice, hair under armpits and pubic hair)..however my penis and testicles resemble those of a 12 year old...there has been no growth in my penis and testicles have grown very slightly(noway near even the average adult size)...I fear that it might be the outcome of masturbation as one day after doing so i noticed that my penis had shrunk and it remains in that shrunken stage even now.....however when erect it kind of comes to just the average size(in length not so much in width).I have also got a pea sized lump near the upper part of the epididyms where it enters the scrotum .....it is movable and not at all painfull ,it also disappears at many times .I wonder if all these are causing the underdevelopement or is it just late puberty(and yeah I can ejaculate properly)...I am very nervous and confused and need serious help. Please

Hi sounds to me that you have a normal average as you say when you are erect, but small when soft. i would say you are ok you may get a growth spurt leading past your teens, that small i would get it looked at by your Doctor, please Take care............Bob
