Genital warts-can it be treated withing 2 weeks of getting infected?

Hi, I have a general question, which when answered will help someone I know.

Q1: If a guy with genital warts has sex with a woman with no STDs, is it possible for the woman to get treatment from the doctor within 2 weeks of the sexual intercourse?

Q2: Is there a possibility that the woman will not get genital warts at all even after sex with the genital wart-affected guy?

Q3: Will the doctor be able to treat this woman even though it's been just over a couple of weeks from the sexual intercourse?

Your answers will be very very helpful to this woman. Thanks in advance!

Regards,
Lova

Hi, thanks for your response!!

I know there is no cure for genital warts, just wanted to know if the 'treatment' can be started in less than 2 or 3 weeks - even though visible warts are not detected!?!?

it's my understanding that there is NO CURE for genital warts

if there was an open window for early treatment they would state that on the commercials and in the ads.  can't you imagine the fortune the drug market would make on that one?

there is a possibility that any STD doesn't spread the first time.  it's just completely up to chance
