Can't orgasm, only pre-***

I am a 21 year old male who is heterosexual and I can't orgasm. If I am looking at porn I get an erection but the farthest I make it is pre-***. Heck, sometimes if I am even just talking to a really attractive girl I'll sometimes pre-*** a little bit. However, after that I can't orgasm. Masturbation isn't really pleasuring at all. In fact, sometimes if I do it I just get this tingly feeling in my penis (not the inside). When I feel like something really needs to come out and am ready to let it go all I do is urinate and then I lose my erection. The strangest part about it is that I have wet dreams all the time.  I'll wake up at least once a week with a good amount of discharge on my boxers.

I took Zoloft 50 mg from when I had 8 until I was 19, could that have anything to do with it? What could be going on?
I haven't ever really been physical with a woman so I don't know if I would be able to orgasm while having actual sex or not...

Thanks.

In addition to stopping the drug by tapering off under the advice of a doctor, do this as an adjunct treatment.

I took it because I had severe OCD. I didn't take it for about two years (19-21) and the problem didn't get any better.

why would you be taking zoloft at a young age and for all those years.. YESSSSS! it is the zoloft making your penis act like that. one of the side effects of zoloft is ejaculation problems.. read this link right here..

http://depression.emedtv.com/zoloft/zoloft-side-effects.html

once you stop taking it, it will take time for it to fully get out your system. maybe a couple months. but wouldn't you rather be able to get an erection and ejaculate and pee a lot instead of peeing normal and not being able to ejaculate?????
