lube..please help..

im just wondering if there is anything i can take to help me produce more "juices" when ever i am intimate i dry out fast and sex becomes painful.
we do use lube(nothing bigger than a p size or the size of toothpaste you would use) but my bf does not like using it. this is turnning into a big problem even though my bf is very understanding i am worrying that it is hurting our relationship because i cant have sex as often due to yeast infections caused by uncomfortable sex.
i have been to countless of drs and they just tell me ooo watch what you eat bla bla eat yogurt nothing we can really do bla bla. i do eat yogurt and i know its not beccause of what i eat.... i can go months w/o having these problems if i am not sexually active and i eat no different when im sexually active than when im not. thanks for taking time to read and suggest some tips/ help.

use some over the counter mineral oil to lube yourself, I use that on my wife, and it works wonders
